Lice

One of the less serious but more irritating and embarrassing health problems to have is a lice infestation. Just thinking about them running around your head makes you want to start itching and scratching and, if you have lice, you know that once you’ve started on this itching and scratching, you’ll want to keep on doing it. They are a major turn-off and definitely not good for the health of your scalp.

We spend one third of our lives sleeping. If you have ever thought that your sleeping periods are actually a huge waste of time, you should better think again. When a person is awake, the body cells are continuously active and as time during the day progresses they become more or less fatigued. Instances of sore feet, headaches, difficulties in breathing normally, among many other body malfunctions, can be directly related with poor sleeping habits and can tremendously reduce the productivity levels while being awake. Take Years Off Your Smile

Once you open a magazine you are doomed to pay attention to the icons that are portrayed in every position imaginable. Advertisements, with models showing off a totally white, happy, illustrious, bright smile, jump out the glossy pages making people think twice of their last attempt to smile and show their teeth to another person or to themselves in front of the bathroom mirror. So, in case you cover your mouth each time someone says something funny that makes you laugh, perhaps it is time to do something about this uncomfortable situation. It is not a real solution to hide your teeth because you are not proud of their current color. You should do something about it, but only if your dentist advises you so.

1 - Force yourself to separate work and personal life: Social psychologists support that your ability to do a good job while at work depends on whether or not you have a home life that refreshes and restores you. If you cannot stop thinking about the projects you have to complete after leaving the office, try to create a mental filing cabinet. It would act as your actual project cabinet since you will allow yourself to sit down, open it and deal with your work worries. Then force yourself to mentally close the cabinet and do something else. You can try this on Fridays before leaving the office or each night at a certain time. The most important thing is to lock the cabinet before attempting to direct your attention to something less stressful.
