Ashwagandha is used in Ayurvedic medicine. I’ve utilised a lot of Ayurvedic herbs each topically (infused in massage oils) and through ingestion. I’ve constantly had great outcomes and never had a poor reaction to the herbs — despite the simple fact that I have a great deal of food and chemical sensitivities.

You can ask the folks at Banyan Botanical about this herb if you have queries.

My concerns for you are who suggested the herb to you and do you have a excellent supply for the herb? If it was advised by somebody who is knowledgable about Ayurved and has done a diagnosis on you, fantastic! Also be sure your supply for the herb is respected.
