I was told about a week ago that I had MRSA. I have already been on bactrim (one pill, twice day-to-day) for six days then had to commence taking 2 tablets, twice a day. The staph infection itself is much better but I broke out with an allergic reaction to the bactrim. How long will it take for the bactrim to leave my method and for the rash to go away?
