Perfect Vision With Sexy Eyes

Are “bedroom eyes” sexy or healthy? The answer is, they’re both. In order to have sexy eyes you have to have healthy eyes. The good news is, you can not only have healthy and sexy eyes, but you can keep them that way. When you’re doddering down the street with your cane, those eyes are still going to be turning heads.

There are many diets on the market and the internet today for various parts of our body. We’ve all heard of the nail diet, designed to keep your nails strong. Then there’s the hair diet for giving you long, silky and lustrous hair. There’s the colon diet to keep our innards running smoothly; the lose the belly fat diet; etc. But what about the healthy eyes diet?

Can we function without our eyesight? Of course. Would we like to function without our eyesight? Of course not. Taking your eyes for granted puts you at risk of doing just that somewhere down the road. There is a way to take better care of your eyesight and keep your vision healthy forever.

If you can’t see in the dark, you didn’t do what your mom told you, did you? She said, eat your carrots and she was right, at least this time. Carrots, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, winter squash and mangoes all contain beta-carotene which is converted into Vitamin A in our bodies and it helps our eyes adjust to light changes such as, seeing in the dark. So, the next time your mom tells you to eat your carrots, do it.

Do you absolutely hate leafy green vegetables? If so, that means that spinach, kale and collard greens are not in a prominent spot on your grocery list. But, did you know that these green vegetables contain lutein? Lutein can help prevent cataracts and macular degeneration.

If you can’t make yourself eat green leafy vegetables, then tomatoes, carrots, red peppers, and squash are also high in the nutrient lutein. Now, there has to be something in that list that you like. I can make the whole list sound delicious by telling you that green algae can also be used to treat degenerative sight problems. Makes spinach and kale sound good, doesn’t it.
