I would like to improve my cerebral blood flow, and the investigation I have done (so far) states that each gingko biloba and cayenne pepper help in undertaking so. I plan to ingest a teaspoon of cayenne pepper (powder form in lemon juice) x3 everyday and take one capsule of ginkgo biloba at night. I would simply like to know if its safe to do so.
Answers will be drastically appreciated!!!

Be cautious if you are taking any prescription medicines since herbal “medicines” frequently disrupt actual medicine. Also, it will not perform.

IMO, that is as well considerably cayenne pepper. I had one particular client at my herb store who induced her bladder to bleed taking just 1 tsp. 1x every day for about 2 weeks. Following a week of bleeding, she asked me about it & I advised she quit temporarily. She wasn’t in any discomfort, but clearly undertaking some damage.
My advice is to begin w/ 1/four tsp. cayenne, work up to a teaspoon steadily. Greatest taken very first factor in morning on empty stomach and you can only do that as soon as a day.
No difficulty taking ginkgo & cayenne together & a lot of “memory” formulas combine them. Ginkgo is the only herb specific to the brain.
