When can I get pravachol and niaspan generic?

I understand we have to wait seven years just before prescription RX can have a generic on the marketplace.
I don’t know specifically when Pravachol and Niaspan 1st went on the marketplace. I would like to find out when they would be eligible for generic. I have a donut hole on my Medicare Component D and this can make a difference as to regardless of whether I remain with my present carrier.

Pravachol does not yet have a generic counterpart and I can not locate out when a single will be offered, Niaspan nonetheless does have multiple generic brands offered, go to your pharmacy and inquire about Niacin Extended Release and they should be capable to point one out.

Hope this assists!!
